Digital Product Nature
Civatrix provides digital files including Microsoft Word and Excel-based dashboards, templates, and automation tools. Once a purchase is made, the customer gains permanent access to the original digital files, and ownership cannot be reversed.
Download Access
Customers receive download access immediately after completing their purchase. The files may be downloaded unlimited times within three days from the purchase date. After the three-day period, the download link expires automatically. It is the customer’s responsibility to download and securely store the files during this access window.
Software Compatibility
Civatrix products are created to function on standard versions of Microsoft Word and Excel. However, full performance and formula automation may require the latest Excel updates. Customers are responsible for ensuring their software and device environment are compatible. Compatibility problems arising from outdated or unsupported Excel versions do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
Refund Policy
Because digital files can be permanently stored and shared once downloaded, all purchases made on Civatrix are final and non-refundable. Refunds are not possible under any circumstance, including failure to download within the given three-day period, technical issues on the user’s device, Excel version incompatibility, accidental purchase, or change of mind. Completing a purchase indicates acceptance of this refund policy.
